摘要
铁路车辆线缆、线束产品在应用过程中如果出现外皮破损、划伤等情况会产生潜在的安全风险。介绍了4种常用的线缆、线束产品的防护材料,通过试验对这4种常用线束防护材料的耐磨性、振动可靠性进行试验验证。同时通过热老化、压缩永久变形、低温脆性、耐臭氧性等试验,对橡胶护套的老化性进行了验证。试验数据表明:4种线束防护材料均满足铁路车辆产品使用工况要求,起到了良好的防护作用。其中缠绕管的防护作用优于其他3种产品,橡胶护套因其橡胶材质原因,耐磨性方面表现相对较差。
During the application process of railway vehicle wiring harness cable products,if the outer skin is damaged or scratched,it will cause potential risks.This paper introduced four types of protection materials for commonly used wire harness products,and tested the wear resistance and vibration reliability of these commonly used wire harness protection products through experiments.At the same time,the aging properties of the rubber protective products were verified through tests on thermal aging,compression set,low temperature brittleness,and ozone resistance.The test data show that all of these protective materials meet the requirements of railway standard and play a good protective role.Among them,the protective effect of the winding tube is better than that of other products,and the rubber protective product is relatively poor in terms of wear resistance.
