矿井底板水害电法预警系统设计研究

摘要 煤层底板富水及导水构造缺陷易引起矿井水害事故,严重影响安全生产;为解决常规物探作业在防治水工作中的滞后性,提出开发井上下联动的电法探水预警系统设计思路;该系统设计将原有电法设备在井下工作面底板中系统化地连接、布设,通过信号传递、转换、计算处理和网络传输,实时采集和解释煤岩层地质和富水、含水性变化等的电性参数,并满足即时成图、调取结果分析等功能,实现工作面底板水文动态可视化监测目的;且提出应对井下抗干扰性数据辨别、放电安全性设计和信号采集精度做出优化改进,使之更加适应复杂条件下的井下工作环境。 The water-rich and water-conducting structural defects of the coal seam floor are easy to cause water hazards in coal mines,which seriously affect safe production.In order to solve the lag in water prevention and control work in conventional geophysical exploration,the design idea of developing an electric water exploration pre-warning system linked to mine surface and underground is proposed.The system design systematically connects and arranges the original electrical exploration equipment in the bottom plate of the underground working face,and collects and interprets the coal stratum geology and changes in water richness and water content in real time through signal transmission,conversion,calculation processing and network transmission.It also meets the functions of real-time mapping,retrieval and analysis of results,and realizes the purpose of dynamic monitoring and pre-warning of hydrogeological visualization of coal mine working face floor.Make optimization improvements to make it more suitable for the underground working environment under complex conditions.
