摘要
采用3D打印工艺,使用普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)、硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)、磷酸盐水泥(MPC)制备了3类24组不同配合比的植生混凝土试件,研究了水泥种类、水灰比、砂灰比、缓凝剂掺量等对植生混凝土pH值的影响规律。结果表明:水泥种类对植生混凝土pH值的影响最明显,掺OPC的植生混凝土的碱性最高,SAC次之,MPC最低;植生混凝土的pH值均随水灰比的增加而提高;砂灰比增加会降低植生混凝土的碱性;缓凝剂也会影响植生混凝土的pH值,其中,葡萄糖酸钠和酒石酸可以分别降低掺OPC或SAC的植生混凝土的pH值,而硼砂可以先降低后提高掺MPC的植生混凝土的pH值。
Three types of 24 groups of different mix proportions of planting concrete specimens were prepared by 3D printed process with ordinary Portland cement(OPC),sulphoaluminate cement(SAC)and phosphate cement(MPC).The influence of cement type,water-cement ratio,sand-cement ratio,and retarder dosage on the pH value of planting concrete was studied.The results show that the type of cement has the most significant impact on the pH value of planting concrete,planting concrete mixed with OPC having the highest alkalinity,followed by SAC,and MPC having the lowest.The pH value of planting concrete increases with the increase of water-cement ratio.An increase in the sand-cement ratio will reduce the alkalinity of planting concrete.The retarder can also affect the pH value of planting concrete,among which,sodium gluconate and tartaric acid can respectively reduce the pH value of planting concrete mixed with OPC or SAC,while borax can first reduce and then increase the pH value of planting concrete mixed with MPC.
