改性再生塑胶颗粒对陶粒混凝土力学性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗折试验,研究了未改性和改性再生热可塑性塑胶颗粒(ABS/PC塑胶颗粒)等体积取代河砂(取代率为0%、3%、5%、8%、10%、13%)和塑料颗粒改性剂(硅烷偶联剂)对陶粒混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生热可塑性塑胶颗粒取代率的增大,陶粒混凝土的干表观密度呈降低趋势,抗压、抗折、劈裂抗拉强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,当取代率为8%时,各项强度指标最优;硅烷偶联剂的加入对再生热可塑性塑胶颗粒陶粒混凝土的力学性能提升效果显著。 The effects of the replacement rates of unmodified and modified recycled ABS/PC plastic particles(0,3%,5%,8%,10%,13%)and the plastic particle modifier(silane coupling agent)on the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete were studied through the tests of cube compression,splitting tensile and flexural resistance.The results show that with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled ABS/PC plastic particles,the dry apparent density of ceramsite concrete decreases,and the compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength all increase first and then decrease.When the replacement rate is 8%,all strength indexes are optimal.The addition of silane coupling agent can significantly improve the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete mixed with recycled ABS/PC plastic particles.
