双碱法CO_(2)捕集富液再生技术研究

摘要 以苛化反应釜为富液再生器,采用单因素分析方法研究了再生温度、搅拌速率、再生当量比、富液浓度等因素对富液再生效果的影响,并采用正交试验对这些参数进行优化。结果表明:在实验条件下,各因素对富液再生效果影响的主次顺序为搅拌速率、再生温度、再生当量比、富液浓度。搅拌速率对反应再生率影响最为显著,再生温度与再生当量比对反应再生率影响较为显著,富液浓度对反应再生率影响较小。最佳工况组合为:搅拌速率200 r/min,再生温度70℃,再生当量比115%,富液浓度1.25 mol/L。 In this paper,the effects of regeneration temperature,stirring rate,regeneration equivalence ratio and rich liquid concentration on the regeneration effect of rich liquid were investigated by single⁃factor analysis using a causticiz⁃ing reactor as a rich liquid regenerator,and orthogonal tests were used to optimize these parameters.The results showed that under the experimental conditions,the main order of the effect of each factor on the regeneration effect of rich liquid was stirring rate,regeneration temperature,regeneration equivalent ratio,and rich liquid concentration.The stir⁃ring rate had the most significant effect on the reaction regeneration rate,the regeneration temperature and regeneration equivalent ratio had a more significant effect on the reaction regeneration rate,and the rich liquid concentration had a smaller effect on the reaction regeneration rate.The optimal combination of working conditions is:stirring rate 200 r/min,regeneration temperature 70℃,regeneration equivalent ratio 115%,rich liquid concentration 1.25 mol/L.
