高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对子宫内膜容受性、MMP-2、MMP-9水平的影响

Effect of high intensity focused ultrasound uterine fibroids ablation in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influences on endometrial receptivity,MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对子宫内膜容受性、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法选择2019年8月至2021年4月我院收治的88例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组采用高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MMP-2、MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果较好,也能改善子宫内膜容受性,调节MMP-2、MMP-9表达。

Objective To explore the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound uterine fibroids ablation in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influences on endometrial receptivity,matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels.Methods A total of 88 patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound uterine fibroids ablation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 77.27%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI)and vascularization-flow index(VFI)in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound uterine fibroids ablation is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids,and it can also improve endometrial receptivity and regulate the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.
