果糖二磷酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨果糖二磷酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年5月本院儿科收治的78例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组给予辅酶Q10治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予果糖二磷酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组的临床总有效率和心电图总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率、心脏指数(CI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论果糖二磷酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的效果显著,能显著改善心功能和免疫功能,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fructose sodium diphosphate combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children.Methods A total of 78 children with viral myocarditis admitted in the pediatric department of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10,and the study group was treated with fructose sodium diphosphate on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of clinical practice and electrocardiogram in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening and cardiac index(CI)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(HBDH)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fructose sodium diphosphate combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children has a significant effect,it can improve cardiac function and immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
