复方玄驹胶囊联合二甲双胍、氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对氧化应激指标、HSP70、sFlt-1水平的影响

Effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with metformin and clomiphene in the trentment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its influences on oxidative stress indexes,HSP70 and sFlt-1 levels

目的分析复方玄驹胶囊联合二甲双胍、氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法按照电脑盲选法将我院诊治的86例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为对照组(43例,二甲双胍+氯米芬)与研究组(43例,复方玄驹胶囊+二甲双胍+氯米芬)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,研究组的总抗氧化能力(TAC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(sFlt-1)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平高于对照组,热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合二甲双胍、氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果显著,能够改善患者的氧化应激反应、血管活性因子水平,调节HSP70、sFlt-1水平,临床可进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with metformin and clomiphene in the trentment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 86 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in our hospital and were divided into control group(43 cases,metformin+clomiphene)and study group(43 cases,compound Xuanju capsule+metformin+clomiphene)according to the computer blind selection method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of total antioxidant capacity(TAC),glutathione peroxidase(GPx),superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1(sFlT-1)and sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of heat shock protein 70(HSP70),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEA-S)and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule combined metformin and clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant effect,which can improve the oxidative stress response and vasoactive factors levels of patients,and regulate the levels of HSP70 and sFlt-1.It can be further popularized and applied clinically.
