Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in breast cancer patients during peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization. Methods From May 2019 to May 2021,80 patients with breast cancer who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,high quality nursing)according to the random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events during catheterization and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and D-dimer(D-D)level after nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a good application effect during PICC catheterization for breast cancer patients, which helps to promote treatment compliance, reduce the risk of adverse events, and improve coagulation function and nursing quality.
