江西省科技特派员制度实践与对策研究

A Research on the Practice and Countermeasures of the Science and Technology Correspondent System in Jiangxi Province

本文根据江西省推行科技特派员制度以来的科技特派员选派、政策保障情况,分析了江西省科技特派员工作开展过程中部门协同机制、绩效评价体系、科技特派员培训和有偿服务机制等方面存在的问题,并提出针对性的意见建议。

This paper analyses those problems in the mechanism for departmental collaboration,performance evaluation system and mechanism for the training and paid services of science and technology correspondents during the implementation of the science and technology correspondent system in Jiangxi Province,and proposes some targeted opinions and suggestions.
