摘要
为评价猪3型链球菌荚膜多糖亚单位疫苗安全性与免疫保护效果,本研究以昆明系小鼠为评价模型,开展了免疫攻毒、组织病理与抗体检测研究。结果显示,荚膜多糖亚单位疫苗安全性高,其中免疫组(50μg/g)同源攻毒保护率可达75%,且肺脏和脑组织病变指数低,可刺激B细胞产生IgM抗体激发免疫反应。本研究表明猪3型链球菌荚膜多糖亚单位疫苗具有良好的安全性及免疫保护效果,具备潜在的临床应用价值。
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the capsular polysaccharide subunit vaccine of Streptococcus suis serotype 3 in KM mice.The results showed that the subunit vaccine had high safety,and the protection rate to homologous challenge was 75%at dose of 50μg/g.The lesion indexes of lung and brain tissues were low.This vaccine also stimulated B cells for production of IgM antibodies.
