江苏地区猪圆环病毒4型抗体的检测分析

摘要 2019年我国湖南省首次发现猪圆环病毒4型(PCV4),其属于圆环病毒科圆环病毒属新成员。为有效了解江苏地区PCV4的流行态势和发生风险,我们采用已成功建立的PCV4间接ELISA检测方法,对采集自2021年间江苏省13个地区不同规模场和散养户的375份猪血清样品进行了抗体检测,结果共检出抗体阳性样品21份,样品总阳性率为5.60%(21/375),场点总阳性率为29.03%(9/31)。本研究有助于及时了解猪群中PCV4抗体情况,对指导该病的防控具有重要意义。 In 2019,Porcine circovirus type 4(PCV4)was discovered for the first time in Hunan province.PCV4 is a new member of the family Circoviridae.To effectively understand the prevalence and occurrence risk of PCV4 in Jiangsu,we used the successfully established PCV4 indirect ELISA detection method to test 375 pig serum samples collected from different farms and free-range farmers of Jiangsu province in 2021.As a result,antibody positive rate was 5.60%(21/375)for serum samples and 29.03%(9/31)for sampling sites.This study added the latest data of the PCV4 antibody situation in pigs and was of great significance for guiding the prevention and control of the disease.
