教育精准扶贫推进教育公平的中国经验与未来走向 被引量:2

China’s Experience and Future of Educational Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Its Promotion of Educational Equity

摘要 教育精准扶贫方略及其在中国的政策实践创造了教育公平发展道路的新模式,成为适合中国国情和实际、适应中国反贫困事业、促进中国社会结构稳定的重要机制。这条中国特色的教育减贫道路在推进教育公平的过程中形成了以人民为中心的价值取向、扶贫与扶智扶志相结合的战略理念、机会均等为关键目标、精准的路径转换等经验特点,充分发挥了中国特色社会主义的制度优势和组织优势。针对其存在的现实问题,后脱贫时代的教育减贫治理必须进一步认识中国式现代化进程中教育公平与摆脱贫困之间的双向互动关系,推动教育扶贫从起点公平向过程公平扩展,着力提升教育扶贫的精准度,完善多元协同的教育扶贫体系,通过对教育减贫实践规律的深入研究建构起具有中国特色的教育减贫话语体系。 The strategy of targeted poverty alleviation through education and its policy practice in China have created a new model of equitable educational development path,and become an important mechanism that suits China’s national conditions and realities.This path of poverty alleviation through education with Chinese characteristics has always established a people-centered value orientation,adhered to the strategic concept of combining poverty alleviation with intellectual and intellectual empowerment,and set equal opportunities as a key goal.It has realized the transformation of path and mechanism from extensive to precise,giving full play to the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the post-poverty alleviation era,we must further understand the two-way interaction between educational equity and poverty alleviation,promote the expansion of educational poverty alleviation from starting point equity to process equity,strive to improve the precision of educational poverty alleviation,transcend the barriers of school education,and improve the diversified and coordinated education poverty alleviation system.A discourse system of education poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics should be constructed through in-depth research on the practical rules of education poverty reduction.
