“双减”政策下区域馆校合作机制的问题与策略研究

摘要 “双减”政策下,推进博物馆与中小学合作机制的建立,在跨领域推进博物馆资源活化利用、加快构建高质量教育体系、为国培育德才兼备的时代新人等方面具有重要意义。近年来,南京市虽然在馆校合作方面积累了一定经验,但仍存在政策有待完善、发展水平差异显著、馆校合作有待深化、覆盖区域有待扩大等问题。未来馆校合作应进一步健全相关制度建设、统筹区域资源构建教育体系、培育复合型教育专员、合力提升博物馆教育项目品质、科技赋能促进博物馆教育资源普惠共享。 In the context of the“double reduction”policy,it is of great significance to promoting the establishment of a cooperation mechanism between museums and primary and secondary schools,advancing the activation and utilization of museum resources across regions,accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system,and cultivating new talents with ability and moral integrity.In recent years,although Nanjing city has accumulated some experience in library-school cooperation,there are still some areas to be further improved,for example,the policies need to be updated,significant differences exist in its development,the library-school cooperation needs to be deepened,and the coverage areas are to be expanded.In the future,library-school cooperation should further improve its institutional construction,coordinate regional resources to build an education system,cultivate composite education specialists,work together to improve the quality of museum education projects,and promote the inclusive sharing of museum education resources through high technologies.
