走向联通主义:澳大利亚价值观教育的经验与启示

摘要 以“核心素养”为本的新课程改革亟待突破“知识”“能力”和“价值观”分离的桎梏,落实立德树人根本任务。澳大利亚以价值观教育为突破口,整合教学资源,开发并形成了“以学生为本”的价值观教育课程体系,搭建起融合“知识”“能力”和“价值观”的学习网络。该网络将价值观学习嵌套于“学习领域”“关键能力”和“跨课程重点”中,通过哲学探究、朋辈互助、服务学习等教学方法,联通学生的观念世界与现实世界,打通学生各生活层面,为实现“知识”“能力”和“价值观”的融合提供了新思路,让价值观教育走向联通主义。未来,我国可推动价值观教育的中心化,设计融“知识、能力和价值观”于一体的主题活动,构建学校、家庭和社会联通的教学方法体系,以深入推进我国的价值观教育。 The new curriculum reform based on“core competencies”urgently needs to break through the shackles of separating knowledge,ability,and values,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents through moral education.Australia has taken value education as its breakthrough to integrate teaching resources,develop and form a studentcentered value education curriculum system,and built a learning network that integrates knowledge,ability,and values.This network embeds value learning within the“key competencies”and“cross-curriculum priorities”of the“learning field.”Through teaching methods such as philosophical exploration,peer assistance,and service learning,it helps to connect students’conceptual world with the real world,connect students’various aspects of life,and provide new ideas for achieving the integration of knowledge,ability,and values,leading values education towards connectionism.In the future,China can promote the centralization of value education,design themed activities that integrate knowledge,ability,and values,and build a teaching method system that connects school,family and society to deeply promote value education in China.
