摘要
该文从工业互联网数据接入和异构协议解析需求出发,分析了我国工业设备种类多、协议多样、难以实现互联的现状,提出了一套解决异构协议兼容问题的工业互联网平台关键技术研究方法,从平台的设备接入、协议解析及组态开发应用进行系统性研究,对协议兼容适配技术、App组态开发技术进行研究和开发,旨在解决我国设备种类多,工业互联网数据采集的应用难题,让工业设备数据上云无忧,为企业数字化转型提供能力支撑,为现在的工业互联网连接和智能化应用发展打下坚实基础。
Starting from the needs of industrial Internet data access and heterogeneous protocol analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s industrial equipment with multiple types,diverse protocols and difficulties in achieving interconnection,and puts forward a set of key technology research methods of industrial Internet platform to solve the problem of heterogeneous protocol compatibility,systematically researches from the platform’s device access,protocol analysis and configuration development application,and conducts research and development of protocol compatible adaptation technology and App configuration development technology,aiming to solve the application problem of industrial Internet data collection due to the variety of equipment in china,so that industrial equipment data can be collected to the cloud worry-free,providing capability support for the digital transformation of enterprises will lay a solid foundation for the development of industrial Internet connectivity and intelligent applications.
