Continuation/Innovation and Richness/Unity of Formal Languages in the Renovation of Existing Buildings

在城市发展由增量扩张向存量提质转型的时期,城市更新和既有建筑改造正在成为一个日益重要且备受关注的课题。对既有建筑进行更新改造的原因和背景各种各样,在涉及功能调整或空间、结构优化的同时,大多会对既有建筑的形式进行或多或少的改变。在这种更新中建筑形式语言的恰当运用,对于更新改造整体效果极为重要。该文通过分析一组小型工业建筑改造更新的设计,论述了既有建筑改造中形式语言延续性与创新性、丰富性与统一性的关系。

In the period of urban development transformation from incremental expansion to stock improvement,urban renewal and existing building renovation are becoming an increasingly important and concerned subject.There are various reasons and backgrounds for the renovation of existing buildings,and as the programs are being adjusted or spaces and structure being optimized,most of the existing buildings will more or less change their forms.In these architectural renovation projects,the proper use of architectural form languages is very important for the overall effect of renewal and transformation.This paper discusses the relationship between continuation and innovation and that between richness and unity of formal language in the renovation of existing buildings by analyzing the design of a small factory.
