摘要
某中学教学楼采用装配式标准化进行设计,对三种不同的装配式结构组合——仅叠合楼板(含预制楼梯,下同),叠合楼板和预制叠合梁组合,叠合楼板、预制叠合梁和预制柱组合,进行土建成本和施工工期的综合对比,其中叠合楼板预制率90.07%,预制叠合梁预制率76.94%,预制柱预制率83.33%。在实际工程项目设计时,该对比分析的结果可供设计人员在选用不同的装配式结构组合方案时进行参考,从设计层面上对成本进行把控。
A middle school teaching building adopts the prefabricated standardized design.In this paper,three different combinations of prefabricated structures——only composite floor slabs(with prefabricated staircases,the same below),a combination of composite floor slabs and prefabricated composite beams,and a combination of composite floor slabs,prefabricated composite beams and prefabricated columns——are comprehensively compared in civil engineering cost and construction period.The precast rate of composite floor slabs is 90.07%,and that of prefabricated composite beam and column is 76.94%and 83.33%,respectively.In the actual engineering project design,the results of the comparative analysis can be used as a reference for designers to choose different combination schemes so as to control the cost from the design level.
