石岳教授运用中医药治疗乳腺癌经验撷要

Professor SHI Yue’experience in treating breast cancer in TCM

近代以来,由于女性生活方式、生存压力的改变,乳腺癌患者数量大幅增加,随着现代医学技术的发展进步,现临床上多采用超声、X线这种便捷的检查手段对乳腺疾病进行诊断,准确率高,使得乳腺癌患者能尽早发现、尽早治疗。石岳教授认为乳腺癌的发生发展与情志失调密切相关,当代女性生活、职场压力较前普遍增大,致使女性常常处于紧张、焦虑的心态中,情志不畅,肝失疏泄,肝气乘脾,气郁痰生,经络阻塞,致痰瘀壅结,癌毒内生,故成乳岩。手术切除恶性肿瘤后,患者血液中余毒未清,手术与放化疗又使机体受损,进而形成一种邪盛正虚的病理状态,因此总结出乳腺癌的病因多为肝气郁结,病机为肝郁毒生,术后则兼有正虚。石岳教授建议乳腺癌术后患者应坚持定期口服中药,其目的一是改善患者病理状态,缓解身体的不适症状,提高生活质量,二是降低乳腺癌的复发转移率。治疗中根据诊治该病的不同时期,辅以解毒抑癌、健脾益气、化痰散结、利水消肿,灵活用药以改善患者生活质量,延长生存期,最终达到临床治愈的目的。

In modern times,due to the change of women's lifestyle,survival pressure,the number of breast cancer patients has increased significantly.With the development and progress of modern medical technology,ultrasound,X-ray are now used clinically to diagnose breast diseases,with high accuracy,so that breast cancer patients can be detected and treated as soon as possible.Professor SHI Yue believes that the occurrence and development of breast cancer is closely related to emotional disorders,and the pressure of contemporary women's life and workplace is generally increased compared with before,resulting in women often in a nervous,anxious state of mind,poor mood,liver loss and leakage,liver Qi(气)multiplying the spleen,Qi depression and phlegm,meridian obstruction,causing phlegm and stasis,cancer endogenous,so it becomes breast cancer.After the surgical removal of the malignant tumor,the residual toxicity in the patient's blood is not clear,and the body is damaged by surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and then a pathological state of evil and positive deficiency is formed,so it is concluded that the cause of breast cancer is mostly liver Qi depression,the pathogenesis is liver depression,and there is both positive deficiency after surgery.Professor SHI Yue suggested that patients after breast cancer surgery should adhere to regular oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the purpose of which is to improve the pathological condition of patients,relieve physical discomfort symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate of breast cancer.According to the different periods of diagnosis and treatment of the disease,supplemented by detoxification and cancer suppression,strengthening the spleen and invigorating Qi,dissolving phlegm and dispersing knots,water and swelling,flexible medication to improve the quality of life of patients,prolong survival,and finally achieve the purpose of clinical cure.
