基于氧化应激理论中药单体治疗糖尿病心肌病实验研究Meta分析

摘要 目的:系统评价中药单体能否基于氧化应激理论治疗糖尿病心肌病(Diabetic Cardiomyopathy,DCM)。方法:通过检索中国知网、PubMed等数据库,搜集中药单体及提取物基于氧化应激理论治疗DCM的随机对照动物实验研究。根据纳入标准和排除标准进行文献筛选,运用RevMan 5.4对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入16项研究,实验动物共365只。Meta分析结果显示:与模型组比较,实验组使用中药单体及提取物干预DCM动物模型可以有效降低总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)、丙二醛(Malonaldehyde,MDA),加强超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(Left Ventricular Fractional Shortening Rate,LVFS),差异均有统计学意义。结论:中药单体可以通过氧化应激途径改善DCM动物的血脂水平和心功能,为临床指导中药治疗DCM提供依据。 Objective:To systematically evaluate whether TCM medicine could treat diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)based on the oxidative stress theory.Methods:The randomized controlled animal experimental studies on treating DCM with TCM medicine and TCM extract based on the oxidative stress theory were collected from databases such as CNKI and PubMed.The related literature was screened out according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.A Meta-analysis of the included studies was carried out by RevMan 5.4.Results:Ultimately,a total of 16 studies were included,with 365 experimental animals.The results of the Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the model group,the intervention of TCM medicine and extract on DCM animal model in the experimental group could effectively reduce total cholesterol,triglyceride,lactate dehydrogenase and malonaldehyde,and enhance superoxide dismutase,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular short-axis shortening rate,the differences was statistically significant.Conclusion:TCM medicine can ameliorate blood lipid and heart function of DCM animals through oxidative stress,providing a basis for clinical guidance of the treatment of DCM in TCM.
