自拟活血利水散治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的疗效观察

The curative effect of Huoxue Lishui San on retinal vein obstructive macular edema

目的:天水市中医医院眼科基于中医对于眼底病有其独特的认识和治疗方式,根据中医脏腑经络理论,在血府逐瘀汤、五茯散基础上加减化裁,经过大量临床验证,筛选出自拟活血利水散的配方。自拟活血利水散具有活血通络、健脾益气、利水消肿的功效。本研究评估自拟活血利水散联合康柏西普治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法:对天水市中医医院眼科收治符合研究标准的74例视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿患者的临床治疗资料进行统计分析。结果:治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血利水散联合康柏西玻璃体腔注射治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的疗效优于单独使用康柏西普球内注射治疗。

Objective:Based on the unique understanding and treatment methods of fundus diseases in TCM,the ophthalmology department of Tianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has its own unique understanding and treatment methods for fundus diseases,according to the theory of internal organs and meridians of TCM,on the basis of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)and Wufu San(五茯散),after a large number of clinical verification,screened out the formula from Huoxue Lishui San(活血利水散).Huoxue Lishui San has the effect of activating blood circulation,strengthening the spleen and invigorating Qi(气),and reducing water and swelling.This study to investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Lishui San plus conbercept in the treatment of retinal vein obstructive macular edema.Methods:The clinical treatment data of 74 patients with retinal vein obstructive macular edema was statistically analyzed.Results:After one course of treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Lishui San plus conbercept intravitreal injection in the treatment of retinal vein obstructive macular edema is superior to conbercept injection alone.
