王立琴教授中医治疗良性甲状腺结节经验浅析

Professor WANG Liqin’s experience in treating benign thyroid nodules in TCM

甲状腺结节是甲状腺内的肿块,此病现已成为多发、常见的内分泌疾病。根据有关报道统计,无症状性恶性甲状腺结节病例占5%~10%,良性甲状腺结节患者约占95%。在治疗上,与西医疗法相比,中医治疗良性甲状腺结节有其独特优势。山东省潍坊市中医院内分泌科王立琴教授经过多年临床实践,总结良性甲状腺结节病机以肝气郁结为主导,血瘀痰凝为标,久病则肝郁脾虚,心肝阴虚,呈虚实夹杂之象。中医治疗以疏肝理气、健脾养阴等为主,辅以中药外敷,会取得良好疗效。文章结合案例介绍王立琴教授治疗良性甲状腺结节经验,以期为临床提供参考。

Thyroid nodules are masses in the thyroid.This disease has become a frequent and common endocrine disease.According to the relevant reports,asymptomatic malignant thyroid nodules cases accounted for about 5%~10%,benign thyroid nodules patients accounted for about 95%.In the treatment,compared with western medicine therapy,TCM treatment of benign thyroid nodules has its unique advantages.After years of clinical practice,Professor WANG Liqin of the department of endocrinology,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong Province,has summarized that the pathogenesis of benign thyroid nodules is dominated by liver Qi(气)stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.Long course of disease will show liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,heart and liver Yin(阴)deficiency.TCM treatment mainly focuses on soothing the liver and regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and dispersing phlegm,strengthening the spleen and nourishing Qi and Yin,etc.supplemented by local external application of TCM medicine,will achieve good results.This paper introduces Professor WANG Liqin’s experience in treating benign thyroid nodules in order to provide a clinical reference.
