摘要
装配式建筑具有环保、工作效率高等特点,已经被大量采用,但在项目进行过程中也发现部分缺点。文章分析一般装配式建筑的缺点,在此基础之上介绍一种新的结构体系SPCS,可弥补一般装配式建筑的不足,并以实际工程为案例介绍SPCS结构体系的应用,得出SPCS结构体系比传统装配式建筑更加节约工期和造价,更符合建筑节能要求,可为后续工程提供一定的借鉴。
Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of environmental protection and high work efficiency,and have been widely used,but some shortcomings have also been found in the process of the project.Analyzes the shortcomings of general prefabricated buildings,introduces a new structural system SPCS on this basis,which can make up for the shortcomings of general prefabricated buildings,and introduces the application of SPCS structural system with actual engineering as a case,and concludes that SPCS structural system is more economical in construction period and cost than traditional prefabricated buildings,more in line with building energy-saving requirements,and can provide certain references for subsequent projects.
