缩节胺/多效唑复合处理对盆栽木芙蓉的调控效应初探

The Regulatory Effect of Compound Treatment of PP333 and DPC on Potted Hibiscus mutabilis

为研究缩节胺/多效唑复合处理对盆栽木芙蓉的调控效应,以盆栽木芙蓉‘锦绣紫’为材料,设置了500、800、1500 mg/L的缩节胺/多效唑(3∶1)复合处理浓度,在木芙蓉的4个生育时期通过叶面喷施进行试验观测。结果表明,缩节胺/多效唑(3∶1)复合处理影响盆栽木芙蓉的生长,主要表现为节间长、主枝长、株高均显著降低,主枝直径减少,分枝数增加;缩节胺/多效唑(3∶1)复合处理的盆栽木芙蓉开花时间推迟,单株开花数量减少。其中花蕾期500 mg/L的处理浓度盆栽表现最优,既改善了株形,也未对开花造成太大的影响。

In order to study the regulatory effect of PP333/DPC compound treatment on potted Hibiscus mutabilis,this study used potted Hibiscus mutabilis'Jinxiuzi'as the material,set 500,800,1500 mg·L^(-1) PP333/DPC(3∶1)compound treatment concentrations,and conducted experimental observation through foliar spraying at four growth stages of Hibiscus mutabilis.The results showed that PP333/DPC(3∶1)compound treatment affected the growth of potted Hibiscus mutabilis,which mainly showed that length,main branch length and plant height decreased significantly,main branch diameter decreased,and branch number increased;PP333/DPC(3∶1)compound treatment also affected the flowering of potted Hibiscus mutabilis.Among them,500 mg·L^(-1) PP333/DPC(3∶1)compound treatment in flowering was the best,which not only improved the plant traits.but also did not cause too much impact on flowering.
