摘要
竹作为优质的工业原料,具有很高的经济、生态、文化、医药价值,研究竹资源的综合利用具有重要的现实意义。本文围绕竹的资源分布、生物学特性和生态学特性、解剖特性和物理力学特性、营养成分和生物活性成分及综合加工利用方面综述了竹资源化利用现状,针对竹综合利用发展中存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议,以期为竹产业高质、高效和可持续发展提供思路和参考。
As a high-quality industrial raw material,bamboo has high economic,ecological,cultural and medical value.It is of great practical significance to study the comprehensive utilization of bamboo resources.This paper focused on the resource distribution,biological characteristics,ecological characteristics,anatomical characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,nutritional components and bioactive components,comprehensive processing and utilization of bamboo.At the same time,the problems and suggestions in the development of bamboo comprehensive utilization were put forward to provide theoretical guidance for the high quality,high efficiency and sustainable industrial development of bamboo.
