摘要
药用植物组织培养课程具有理论性、技术性和实践性强的特点,通过在药用植物组织培养实验教学中应用药用植物实验技术体系和实验指导,开展探究性试验,结合项目化翻转课堂理论教学方法和实验操作视频教学的全方位谋划布局,建立一套理论密切结合实践的药用植物组织培养教学体系。在教学中真正做到以学生为主体,充分发挥学生学习的主观能动性和创造性,让学生从实践中学习和掌握药用植物组织培养知识和技术,推动课本知识向实践动手能力转化。以期提高学生的实践能力、创新创业能力和职业能力,为培养高素质复合型人才奠定基础。
Medicinal plant tissue culture is a strong theoretical,technical and practical course.With the application of medicinal plant experiment technology system,exploratory experiment,project-based flipped classroom and video in medicinal plants tissue culture teaching,a set of teaching system combining of theory and practice was established.In the teaching,students learned and mastered the knowledge and technology of medicinal plants tissue culture from practice,in which the transformation of textbook knowledge to practical ability were promoted,and students were the main body and played their subjective initiative and creativity effectively and their practical ability,innovation,entrepreneurship ability and professional ability were improved,which layed the foundation for training high quality compound talents.
