性别观念与女性职业地位晋升——基于CFPS中国家庭追踪调查的分析

Gender Ideology and the Career Advancement of Women:Based on China Family Panel Studies

女性职业发展不仅对女性自身十分重要,对于家庭和谐及社会进步也具有重要意义。基于2014年CFPS“中国家庭追踪调查”数据,探讨性别观念对女性职业地位上升的影响的研究结果显示:现代化性别观念对女性职业晋升有显著的正向影响,性别观念越趋向现代化,女性职业地位晋升发生的可能性越大;女性的经济状况越独立,现代化性别观念对女性职业晋升的影响效果越明显。性别观念通过女性晋升意愿和每周家务劳动时间的中介作用影响其职业晋升的结果;女性对丈夫的经济依赖对性别观念的作用具有调节效应。

The career development is not only important for women themselves,but also for family harmony and social progress.Using the data of 2014 China Family Panel Studies,this study examined the associations of gender ideology and the career advancement of women.Results suggest that the modern gender ideology is significantly related to women’s career advancement.The more modern are their gender attitudes,the higher were women’s occupations.Also,it can improve the effects by the women’s economic status.It finds that the gender ideology mainly influences career advancement by female promotion intention and their weekly housework time.Specially,a moderating effect could be found on the gender ideology with women’s relative income.
