浅析天津市高等职业教育发展的困境与路径

A Brief Analysis of the Development Predicament and Path of Tianjin Higher Vocational Education

近年来,高等职业教育对天津经济社会发展起到了巨大的推动作用,为社会培养了大批量高素质的技能型人才,基本满足了社会发展和企业需求。但与此同时,仍然存在着校企合作力度不足、院校专业设置趋同、相关政策法规不健全等问题,影响了高等职业教育的进一步发展。为此,本文借鉴服务型政府理论,为进一步优化职业教育发展路径提出建议。

In recent years,higher vocational education has played a great role in promoting the economic and social development of Tianjin,cultivating a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the society,and basically meeting the needs of social development and enterprises.However,at the same time,there are still some problems,such as insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,the convergence of college specialty settings,and the inadequate policies and regulations,which seriously affect the further development of higher vocational education.Therefore,this paper draws on the theory of service-oriented government and puts forward suggestions for further optimizing the development path of vocational education.
