高职扩招背景下DPC人才培养方案探究——以纺织品检验与贸易专业为例

Talent Training under the Background of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion--Take Textile Inspection and Trade Specialty as an Example

2019年开始的高职院校扩招将退伍军人、下岗工人、农民工和新型农民等群体纳入到招生对象之中,如何保障这部分学生的教育教学质量,是各高职院校所面临的亟待解决的问题。从生源类型差异化、模块内容精准化和培养方案组合化三个方面构建一种DPC人才培养方案,以满足不同类型生源的学习需求。该方案能够明显提升高职教育的教学质量,为区域经济发展提供人才和智力支持。

Higher vocational college enrollment expansion began in 2019.This expansion has included groups such as veterans,laid-off workers,migrant workers and new farmers into the enrollment target.How to ensure the quality of education and teaching of these students is an urgent problem facing all higher vocational colleges.This paper attempts to construct a DPC talent training program from three aspects:the difference of student source types,the precision of module contents and the combination of training program,in order to meet the learning needs of different types of students.This program can obviously improve the teach-ing quality of higher vocational education and provide talents and intellectual support for re-gional economic development.
