摘要
极地航行船舶的尾轴容易受到低温、海冰以及破冰时剧烈振动的影响,尾轴的密封显得尤为重要。以某科考破冰船全回转式电力推进器的尾轴密封为例,分析了空气式尾轴密封装置的工作原理,弥补了说明书描述不全面的不足,并总结归纳出该套装置的运行管理注意事项。
The stern shaft of polar navigation ship is vulnerable to low temperature,sea ice and severe vibration during ice breaking,so the sealing of the stern shaft is particularly im-portant.Taking the tail shaft seal of the full rotary electric propeller of a scientific icebreak-er as an example,this paper analyzes the working principle of the air tail shaft seal device,makes up for the incomplete description in the manual,and summarizes the precautions for the operation and management of the device.
