摘要
以醚化反应釜作为研究对象,基于结构动力学理论,通过有限元模态分析得到了反应釜的模态频率,并采用冲击力锤法测得反应釜的固有频率。模态分析结果得到结构发生共振的低阶频率范围;且前3阶为结构的刚体模态,后3阶的模态频率随着阶数依次递增。从模态振型图可知,反应釜的搅拌端口连接处和耳座处的相对变形量较大。振动试验得到结构的固有频率与数值模拟结果误差最大为7.1%,说明所建立的反应釜有限元模态分析模型是合理的,数值模拟计算方法是可靠的,对搅拌反应釜的振动模态分析研究提供了参考依据。
Through taking the etherification reactor as the research object,and based on structural dynamics theory,the reactor’s modal frequency was obtained through the finite element modal analysis and its natural frequency was measured by the impact hammer method.The modal analysis brings about the low-order frequency range in which the structure resonates;and the first three orders are the rigid body modes of the structure,and the modal frequencies of the last three orders increase with the order.The modal vibration diagram indicates that the relative deformation of the joint of the stirring port of the reactor and the ear seat is relatively large.The maximum error between the natural frequency of the structure obtained from the vibration test and the numerical simulation results is 7.1%,which indicates that the finite element modal analysis model of the reactor established in this paper is reasonable and the numerical simulation calculation method is reliable.It provides a reference for the vibration modal analysis of the stirred reactor.
