摘要
针对CTA溶剂交换机在现场运行过程中存在的问题,通过有限元计算和现场应力测试相结合的方式,对CTA溶剂交换机运行时壳体应力强度进行了计算和测量,并按照ASME标准进行了疲劳评定。结果表明,改进后的CTA溶剂交换机壳体结构强度是可靠的,能够满足长周期稳定运行的要求。
Considering troubles in the operation of CTA solvent exchanger,making use of finite element calculation and on-site stress test to calculate and measure shell stress strength of the operating CTA solvent exchanger was implemented,including the fatigue assessment in accordance with ASME standards.The results show that,the shell structure strength of the improved CTA solvent exchanger is reliable and it can meet the requirement of long-term stable operation.
