大学生网络舆情治理的困境与法律对策

The Dilemma and Legal Countermeasure of Internet Governance of College Students Public Opinion

从大学生网络舆情的概念入手,经过现状分析,可以了解大学生群体在网络舆情中的特殊性。当前大学生群体网络舆情治理的困境,包括应对网络舆情的手段落后、网络舆情教育缺位和网络舆情监管不完善。针对当前网络舆情治理的法律法规现状和监督治理机制,提出了当前应对大学生群体网络舆情的法律手段建议,包括建立完善的大学生网络参与监督和违法识别机制,加快构建完整的网络舆情法律监管体系。

Starting with the concept of Internet public opinion of college students and analyzing of the current situation,this paper discusses particularity of college students in Internet public opinion.Then the dilemma of the current governance of Internet public opinion of college students is discussed,including outdated means of responding to Internet public opinion,lack of Internet public opinion education,and inadequate supervision of Internet public opinion.A comprehensive overview of the current legal and regulatory status as well as supervision and governance mechanisms for Internet public opinion governance is provided,and suggestions for current legal means to respond to the Internet public opinion of college students is proposed,including establishing an improved mechanism for identifying inappropriate and illegal participation in college students'Internet supervision,and accelerating the construction of a complete legal supervision system for Internet public opinion.
