新加坡“职普分流”“职普融通”法律制度对我国的启示--以2022年《职业教育法》实施为背景

摘要 新加坡职业教育特色明显,其在普通教育基础之上,通过四次主要的教育分流机制,建立起完善的职业教育机制和教育体系。其中“职”“普”两轨单轨贯通、双轨融通、协调发展,校企合作、产教融合、多元办学,因材施教、以人为本的理念,以及政府对职业教育的重视和支持共同成就了新加坡教育大国和教育强国的形象地位,这些经验都为我国新的《职业教育法》具体实施提供了重要启示。 Singapore's modern education system has obvious characteristics of vocational education.Based on the general education,it has established a complete vocational education mechanism and education system through four major education diversion mechanisms.Among them,the two tracks of"vocational"and"general"are single-track,integrated and coordinated development,school-enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education,diversified schooling,individualized education and people-oriented principles and concepts,and the government's attention and support to vocational education have jointly achieved Singapore's image status as a major and powerful educational country.All these experiences give us important enlightenment on how to overcome difficulties in the concrete implementation of the new Vocational Education Law.
