翠雀的二萜生物碱类成分研究

Chemical studies on the diterpenoid alkaloids of Delphinium grandiflorum L.

采用硅胶柱色谱和制备型高效液相等方法对毛茛科植物翠雀(Delphinium grandiflorum L.)的化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过NMR等波谱学技术对所分离化合物进行结构鉴定。从翠雀全草中分离鉴定了8个C19-牛扁碱型二萜生物碱类化合物,即tatsiensine(1)、deacetyltatsiensine(2)、siwanine A(3)、siwanine B(4)、elasine(5)、anthriscifoldine B(6)、browniine(7)、和牛扁碱(8)。其中化合物1~6首次从翠雀中分离得到。

Silica gel column chromatography and prepared high performance liquid chromatography were applied to separate and purify the compounds from the Delphinium grandiflorum L.(Ranunculaceae).NMR were adopted to identify the structures of the isolated compounds.Eight C19-lycaconitine type diterpenoid alkaloids,namely,tatsiensine(1),deacetyltatsiensine(2),siwanine A(3),siwanine B(4),elasine(5),anthriscifoldine B(6),browniine(7),and lycoctonine(8)were isolated and identified from this plant.Among them,compounds 1~6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
