摘要
秉持“协同共生理念”,在借鉴经典企业成长理论的3个流派“内部资源成长理论”流派、“网络化成长理论”流派、“合法化成长理论”流派,以及“竞争价值框架”的基础上,提出数字化时代企业成长的协同共生框架。即协同共生框架通过赋能和管控、内部和外部两个维度构建,并分别呈现出4个象限:共生系统象限、人力资源象限、制度流程象限、链接模式象限。
Based on the concept of“synergetic&symbiosis”,this study proposes a synergetic and symbiosis framework for enterprise growth in the digital era,based on three schools of classical enterprise growth theory consisting of“internal resource growth theory”,“networked growth theory”,and“legitimate growth theory”,as well as Quinn’s“competitive value framework”.The framework is built through two dimensions,the first dimension is combining empowerment and control,and the second is combining internal and external.The framework presents four quadrants respectively,i.e.,symbiotic system quadrant,human resource quadrant,institutional process quadrant,and linkage model quadrant.
