智慧高速公路标线的选择及其施工应用研究

摘要 为实现无人驾驶车辆视觉感知系统及激光雷达系统在全天候条件下对标线的识别,文章研究了智慧高速公路标线对涂料和反光珠的选择要求,分析了雨夜珠沉降率、雨夜珠面密度与标线逆反射系数的关系并应用于南宁沙井至吴圩智慧高速公路雨夜标线的施划。该智慧高速公路通过选择高品质涂料及高逆反射系数雨夜珠,采用中型自动化热熔喷涂设备并控制雨夜珠和玻璃的播撒量、雨夜珠的沉降率及面密度,实现了全线雨夜标线的施工。所施划的雨夜标线在干燥、潮湿、连续降雨状态下均满足设计要求,确保无人驾驶车辆的行驶安全,进一步助力无人驾驶技术的发展。
