外泌体调控血管钙化的机制研究进展

摘要 血管钙化常见于慢性肾病、2型糖尿病、慢性炎症性疾病以及老年退行性疾病等,与心血管事件发生及患者死亡率密切相关。目前已有诸多研究证据表明,血管钙化是一个活跃且复杂的生物学过程,受到骨化与抗钙化的平衡调控。外泌体作为细胞间通讯及物质运输的重要介质,通过调节血管平滑肌细胞表型转化,参与钙磷代谢等各种交互机制对血管钙化进行调节。然而,外泌体在血管钙化过程中所发挥的具体作用及潜在机制还需要进一步研究。现将外泌体在血管钙化中的调控作用进行综述,旨在为血管钙化的临床诊治提供新的思路。 Vascular calcification(VC)is commonly seen in chronic kidney disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus,chronic inflammatory diseases and senile degenerative diseases,which is closely associated with cardiovascular events and mortality.Many studies have shown that VC is an active and complex biological process regulated by the balance between ossification and anti-calcification.Exosomes,as important substances in cell-to-cell communication and material transport,regulates VC by modulating phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells and participating in calcium and phosphorus metabolism and other interaction mechanisms.However,the specific role of exosomes in the process of VC and the underlying mechanism need to be further studied.We intend to make a review on the VC regulation by exosomes in order to provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of VC.
