多糖抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤正在威胁人类的身体健康,抗肿瘤药物的研发已引起国内外学者的广泛关注。已有研究表明,多糖不但能够参与生物机体细胞的新陈代谢和免疫调节,还具有抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗衰老和保肝护肝等多种生理功能,且多糖因具有毒副作用小、来源广泛、价格低廉等优点,成为潜在的新型抗肿瘤药物资源。然而,不同来源多糖的抗肿瘤作用机制并不相同。本文通过查阅国内外关于多糖抗肿瘤作用机制方面的研究文献,从多糖抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、干扰肿瘤细胞生长周期和细胞膜流动性、抑制肿瘤细胞的入侵和转移以及增强机体免疫调节功能等多个方面综述了多糖抗肿瘤的作用机制,以期促进多糖抗肿瘤作用的深入研究,为多糖类物质在肿瘤治疗方面的产品开发和临床应用奠定理论基础。 Malignant tumors are threatening human health,and the development of anti-tumor drugs has attracted widespread attention from scholars both domestically and internationally.Previous studies have shown that polysaccharides not only participate in the metabolism and immune regulation of biological cells,but also have various physiological functions such as anti-tumor,antidepressant,antiviral,antioxidant,anti-aging,and liver protection.Moreover,polysaccharides have become potential new anti-tumor drug resources due to their advantages of low toxic side effects,wide sources,and low price.However,the anti-tumor mechanisms of polysaccharides from different sources are not the same.This article reviewed the research literature on the anti-tumor mechanism of polysaccharides both domestically and internationally,from multiple aspects such as inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,interfering with tumor cell growth cycle and cell membrane fluidity,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis,and enhancing immune regulatory function,in order to promote in-depth research on the anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides,to lay a theoretical foundation for the development and clinical application of polysaccharides in tumor treatment.
