摘要 我国的火电厂目前在烟尘排放方面采用的主要是电除尘技术,但常规电除尘技术难以达到烟尘排放的浓度要求,可以采用提高电源频率的方式来提高除尘效果。基于此,本文介绍了调制型高频电源的应用优势,阐述其在火电厂电除尘技术改造中的应用,辅以对控制系统的升级优化,显著提高设备运行的可靠性,有效消除了前电场的电晕封闭现象,除尘效率提升至99.93%,且系统用电能耗明显降低,节电率达到69.6%。 Currently,in China's thermal power plants,the main method used for smoke and dust emissions is electric dust removal technology.However,conventional electric dust removal technology is difficult to meet the concentration requirements of smoke and dust emissions.Therefore,increasing the power frequency can be used to improve the dust removal effect.Based on this,this article introduces the application advantages of modulated high-frequency power supply,elaborates on its application in the transformation of electric dust removal technology in thermal power plants,supplemented by the upgrading and optimization of control systems,significantly improves the reliability of equipment operation,effectively eliminates the corona sealing phenomenon of the front electric field,improves the dust removal efficiency to 99.93%,and significantly reduces the power consumption of the system,with a power saving rate of 69.6%.
