摘要
脱硫原烟气进入稳定运行的湿法脱硫吸收塔内,脱硫塔内可近似为一个绝热过程,通过热量交换后,浆液温度升高,烟气温度降低、湿度增加,且浆液温度和出口烟气温度趋于稳定平衡,浆液比吸收塔出口烟气温度低1~3℃。因此,要降低脱硫塔出口烟气温度和湿度,可先降低塔内浆液温度,再通过正常脱硫喷淋间接降低脱硫出口烟气温度和湿度,从而达到烟气脱白的目的。同时,在精细运行有效控制堵塞和结垢的情况下,相比于其他脱白工艺,浆液冷却在投资成本、运行成本、改造工期、节省脱硫水消耗方面具有较明显优势。
The original flue gas of desulfurization enters the wet desulfurization absorption tower in stable operation,which can be approximately a adiabatic process.After heat exchange,the slurry temperature increases,the flue gas temperature decreases,and the humidity increases.The slurry temperature and outlet flue gas temperature tend to be in stable balance,and the slurry temperature is 1~3℃lower than the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the absorption tower.Therefore,in order to reduce the temperature and humidity of the flue gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower,the slurry temperature inside the tower can be lowered first,and then the temperature and humidity of the flue gas at the desulfurization outlet can be indirectly reduced through normal desulfurization spraying,thereby achieving the goal of flue gas whitening.At the same time,under the effective control of blockage and scaling during fine operation,compared to other whitening processes,slurry cooling has significant advantages in investment cost,operation cost,renovation period,and saving desulfurization water consumption.
