摘要
监控系统已广泛应用于输电系统,以对输电线路附近施工活动的主要风险因素进行安全防范。但目前在监控系统中使用的自动目标检测错误率高,且至少有两个限制:无法识别目标的类型、无法识别物体的危险强度。本文提出了一种用于输电线路安全防范的视频监控方法,通过对象识别和三维空间位置检测技术识别运动对象,并确定对象的位置和大小,以识别危险强度。实验结果表明,利用提出方法开发的系统是可行、实用的。
Monitoring system has been widely used in transmission system to prevent the construction activity near the transmission line which is the main risk factor.However,the automatic target detection currently used in monitoring systems has a high error rate and at least two limitations:The type of target cannot be identified,it can′t identify how dangerous the object is.this paper proposes a video surveillance method for transmission line security prevention,through object recognition and three-dimensional spatial position detection technology,so as to identify moving objects,and determine the location and size of the object,to identify the intensity of danger.Experimental results show that the system developed based on proposed method is feasible and practical.
