大直径盾构机车架在小工作井中的安装与施工

摘要 国内对修建地铁、铁路隧道的需求日益提升,盾构法作为城市中施工效率较高的隧道开挖方式也得到了日益广泛的应用。因此,在城市繁华地段修建地铁,应缩小开挖面积,避免干扰城市交通,减少对周边生活环境的影响。但缩小开挖区域将提升盾构机始发时的安装难度。本文以沪通铁路1标段始发工作井为例,主要阐述了在现场吊装条件较差、吊装用工作井井口较小的情况下,大直径盾构机车架部分的下井安装流程、工艺以及部分关键施工技术等内容。 The domestic demand for building subway and railway tunnels is increasing,and the shield tunneling method,as a tunnel excavation method with high construction efficien cy in cities,is also increasingly widely used.Therefore,when building subways in prosperous urban areas,the excavation area should be reduced to avoid interference with urban traffic and reduce the impact on the surrounding living environment.However,reducing the excavation area will improve the installation difficulty when the shield machine starts.Taking the starting working shaft of Lot 1 of Hutong Railway as an example,this paper mainly explains the process,technology and some key construction technologies for the installation of the frame part of the large diameter shield machine when the on-site hoisting conditions are poor and the wellhead of the hoisting working shaft is small.
