被动式超低能耗建筑施工技术研究

摘要 为解决建筑能耗量过大的问题,改进传统施工方法,本文提出一种新型的被动式超低能耗建筑施工技术。分析被动式超低能耗建筑的具体施工需求,再分别从建筑保温、外窗安装、光伏发电、地源热泵、外遮阳、独立新风6个方面完善施工技术,将这种新型施工技术应用于建筑工程项目,并通过能耗量对比的方式突出其实用性价值。 In order to solve the problem of excessive building energy consumption,a new type of passive ultra-low energy consumption building construction technology is proposed.Analysis of the specific construction requirements of passive ultralow energy consumption buildings,and respectively from building insulation,window installation,photovoltaic power generation,ground source heat pump,shading,independent air six aspects to improve the construction technology,the new construction technology applied to the construction project,and through the way of energy consumption contrast highlight its practical value.
