在工作时间内,规范手机的合理使用已成为一些公司亟待解决的问题。本文设计了一种基于Android系统的手机使用监管工具。该工具运用静态应用记录获取技术,分析员工在工作时间内使用手机APP的情况,以强化监管措施,提高员工的自控力,规范手机在工作时间内的合理使用。

Regulating the reasonable use of mobile phones during working hours has become an urgent problem for some companies.This paper designs a mobile phone use monitoring tool based on Android system.The tool uses static application record acquisition technology to analyze employees′use of mobile phone APPs during working hours in order to strengthen supervisory measures,improve employees′self-control,and regulate the reasonable use of mobile phones during working hours.
