摘要
提出一种能够适应不同雷达特点并快速构建和部署的舰载健康管理系统;完成系统总体架构和核心功能设计,包括状态监测、故障诊断、故障预测、状态评估和维修保障决策;基于某型舰载雷达完成系统应用实施,系统运行稳定,效果良好,对其他大型装备健康管理系统设计有一定的借鉴意义。
A shipborne prognostic and health management system(PHM)is proposed that can adapt to different radar characteristics and be quickly built and deployed.The overall system architecture and core functions are designed,including condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,fault prognostics,condition assessment,and maintenance guarantee decision.The PHM system is applied in a certain type of shipborne radar,and runs stably with good effect,having certain reference significance for the design of the PHM system for other large equipment.
