摘要
以铺地锦竹草(Callisia repens)为研究对象,研究流动水(活水)、静止水(静水)和静止泥水(泥水)淹没处理下铺地锦竹草相关生理指标和存活率的变化情况。结果表明,与对照比较,用静水和泥水淹没4 d后,铺地锦竹草的超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖含量和光合色素含量都显著下降,而丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、质膜透性和渗透势显著上升,泥水比静水对铺地锦竹草的负作用更大;在淹活水条件下,除可溶性糖含量和渗透势外,其余指标与对照没有显著差异;解除淹水20 d后,泥水处理的铺地锦竹草植株全部死亡,静水处理的成活率仅为0.5%,而活水处理的成活率达99.2%。综上所述,铺地锦竹草能耐短期活水淹没,但淹静水和泥水使其受到严重伤害甚至死亡。
A submergence experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in physiological parameters and survival rates of Callisia repens(Jacq.)L.subjected to three submergence modes,namely,running water stress(running water),still water stress(still water),and still muddy water stress(muddy water).The results showed that,compared with the control(CK),submerged in still water and muddy water for four days,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD),soluble sugar content,and photosynthetic pigment content in C.repens leaves dramatically decreased,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content,free proline(Pro)content,plasma membrane permeability,and osmotic potential increased significantly,with the magnitude of change under the condition of muddy water being more than that under still water stress.However,there was no significant difference between running water treatment and CK concerning the above indexes except for the soluble sugar content and osmotic potential in leaves.Twenty days after the flooding was lifted,the survival rate of running water treatment was up to 99.2%,but all plants treated with muddy water died,with the survival rate under still water treatment less than 0.5%.In summary,C.repens can tolerate short-term inundation with live water,but inundation with still and muddy water causes bad damage or even death.
