创新驱动视域下广西——东盟农业科技合作发展建议

Suggestions on Guangxi-ASEAN Agricultural S&T Cooperation Driven by Innovation

使用数据统计和典型样本分析方法,以广西对外合作农业科技主体广西农业科学院在“十二五”和“十三五”期间广西—东盟农业科技合作交流全过程数据为主要依据,研究农业科技交流合作全过程的每个环节,即合作资源储备、合作项目落地及合作绩效评价。提出在“十四五”新时期及RCEP生效实施新背景下,可从创新平台升级、创新人才储备、创新实体拓展、各方联动创新、推介创新成果等方面着力,实现创新引领广西—东盟农业科技合作走深向实。

Using the methods of data statistics and typical sampling,this paper studies every single link of the entire agricultural S&T cooperation process,including resources reserve,projects implementation,and performance evaluation predominately based on the data collected from the prime player of Guangxi agricultural S&T cooperation,Guangxi Acad-emy of Agricultural Sciences,during 12^(th)Five-year Plan and 13^(th)Five-year Plan.In the new period of the 14^(th)Five-year Plan with RCEP taking effect,it is suggested to bring Guangxi-ASEAN agricultural S&T cooperation to a new level with efforts on innovation platform upgrade,innovation talent reserve,innovation units expansion,innovation networking enforcement,and innovation fruits publicity.
