海南省农垦五指山茶业集团股份有限公司拥有白沙、乌石、五指山、南海、母瑞山五大茶叶生产基地,其茶叶种植面积约占海南茶叶种植总面积40%,产量占30%以上,是海南省最大的茶叶龙头企业。海垦茶业集团茶产业发展存在茶园基地分散,产业协同困难;茶园未有序更替,茶叶单产低;品种多而杂,新品种选育技术有待提升;人工成本高,从业人员紧缺;品牌影响力不足,产品营销渠道单一等问题。通过分析,提出加强茶园建设和绿色发展,打造标准化生态茶示范园;发挥国有企业优势,提升企业凝聚力;实施茶叶品牌战略,促进“茶+农垦文化”产业融合;实施“走出去”营销战略,发展“百城千店”终端平台;实施“送出去”“请进来”“师带徒”人才培养政策;以茶促旅,以学促旅,以旅推茶等海南农垦茶产业升级转型发展建议,以促进海南农垦茶产业融合发展,助力乡村振兴。

Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Wuzhishan Tea Industry Group Co.,Ltd.has five major tea production bases in Baisha,Wushi,Wuzhishan,Nanhai,and Murui Mountain.Its tea planting area accounts for about 40%of the total area of Hainan,and its output accounts for over 30%.It is the largest tea-leading enterprise in Hainan Province.The development of the tea industry of Haiken Tea Industry Group is characterized by scattered tea garden bases and difficulties in industrial coor-dination;The tea plantation is not orderly replaced,and the tea yield per unit area is low;There are many and miscellaneous varieties,and the breeding technology of new cultivars needs to be improved;High labor costs and a shortage of employees;Based on the analysis of issues such as insufficient brand influence and single product marketing channels,it is proposed to strengthen the construction and green development of tea gardens and create standardized ecological tea demonstration parks;Give full play to the advantages of state-owned enterprises and enhance their cohesion;Implement the tea brand strategy and promote the industrial integration of“tea+farming culture”;Implement the“going out”marketing strategy and develop the“100 cities and 1000 stores”terminal platform;Implement a talent training policy of“sending out”,“inviting in”,and“men-toring and mentoring”;Promote tourism through tea,promote tourism through learning,and promote the upgrading,transfor-mation,and development of Hainan agricultural reclamation tea industry through tourism,in order to promote the integrated development of Hainan agricultural reclamation tea industry and assist in rural revitalization.
