摘要
为研究温拌剂Sasobit的添加及不同制备工艺对橡胶沥青性能的影响,通过试验研究橡胶沥青加入Sasobit前后各项性能,并通过实际工程所得数据进行验证。研究结果表明:Sasobit使橡胶沥青的高温粘度和低温延度降低,软化点升高,有利于橡胶沥青的施工性能和高温稳定性,但对橡胶沥青的低温变形性能会产生不利影响;在橡胶沥青成品中加入Sasobit制得的温拌橡胶沥青性能更优。通过试验路段抽样检测证明温拌橡胶沥青各项路用性能满足规范要求,能够很好地应用于工程实践。
In order to study the influence of the addition of warm mixing agent Sasobit and different preparation technologies on the performance of rubber asphalt,the various performance of rubber asphalt before and after adding Sasobit are studied through experiments and verified through the data obtained from the actual engineering.The research results show that:Sasobit reduces the high-temperature viscosity and low-temperature ductility of rubber asphalt,increases the softening point,and is beneficial for the workability and high-temperature stability of rubber asphalt,but has adverse effects on the low-temperature deformation performance of rubber asphalt;the performance of warm mixing rubber asphalt is better by adding Sasobit in the finished product of rubber asphalt.Through the sampling inspection on the experimental section,it has been proven that the various road performance of warm mixing rubber asphalt meets the requirements of the specifications and can be well applied in the engineering practice.
